The Homeless Prevention Program provides a one-time grant to individuals who may lose their home due to unpaid rent or a deposit. The grant is intended as a last resort resource. Eligible applicants may be rejected if funding is unavailable at the time.
eligibility requirements
Renters, Resident of Petaluma, Must have rental agreement. Landlord must be willing to accept PPSC check. Rent cannot exceed 65% of total Monthly Gross Household Income. Must have proof of total monthly household income. Must have documentation of reason why you fell behind on rent.
