The Orthodontic Program provides quality orthodontic treatment to children from Kindergarten - 12th grade and from families with limited financial resources who live in Long Beach, Lakewood, or Signal Hill or who attend a Long Beach school.

Resident of Children must live in Long Beach, Lakewood, or Signal Hill or attend Long Beach schools.,
Following the initial orthodontic screening, parents are required to participate in a financial screening of all household income: pay stubs, tax form 1040 from the most recent year, letters from employers, or verification of state benefits.,

Cost Details
A financial screening is required to establish a monthly fee. Monthly fees range from $55.00 - $75.00 per month. In addition, there is a one time start-up fee of $100.
