Hotline is staffed Monday through Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm Eastern. Member meeting every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Eastern. No walk-in hours. It is best to contact QDEP in advance to schedule an appointment with a case manager. Clients reaching out from detention centers should call the hotline or write a letter to QDEP's office. Clients who are reaching out from the outside should call the hotline or email.
