Information Status
Through their Direct Services Program, the Queer Detainee Empowerment Project (QDEP) provides support for LGBTQIA+ and HIV+ immigrants in detention centers in the US. This includes support in the form of bond funding and legal referrals.

Eligibility Requirements
Immigrant/Refugee,
Services for LGBTQIA*, GNC, TS (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Two Spirit, Gender Non Conforming, Queer, Intersex, Asexual) and HIV+ individuals. You must be or have been detained in immigration detention.
