DACC provides vouchers that can be used to help pay for pet spay and neuter procedures. The voucher value is $100 for a dog and $50 for a cat. Any excess amount related to the cost of surgery or other needs is the responsibility of the pet owner.

Resident of Los Angeles County,
Must be a resident of unincorporated Los Angeles County, or of a participating Contract City (Baldwin Park, Bell, Calabasas, Compton, Monterey Park, Rolling Hills, Santa Clarita, Walnut, or West Hollywood).
