APLA Health Benefits Counseling helps people living with HIV/AIDS to understand public and private benefits and assists with coordinating benefits. Benefits programs include, but are not limited to Social Security programs (SSI & SSDI), AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP, OA-Health Insurance Premium Payment (OA-HIPP) plus Medicare Part D.
