CHLA's Long-Term Information, Follow-Up and Evaluation (LIFE) Cancer Survivorship & Transition Service provides medical care and support to childhood cancer survivors. Services include ongoing medical care, health education, transition services, and more.
Eligibility Requirements
People who received cancer treatment as children or teens or a noncancerous childhood conditions requiring chemotherapy—often blood disorders such as aplastic anemia.
