"I applied for general assistance on November 13, 2023. I reached out in early December to see the status of my application. The worker told me that it would not be processed until March 2024. She said I could talk to a supervisor I said please. She said that they would reach out to me on a phone call to discuss. I didn’t receive a call for two days. Called and they said they get 36 hours before they need to reach me. It is now December 18, 2023 and I still have not received a call from the supervisor. The lady promised the supervisor would call me."
