AbilityFirst's Claremont Center, Joan & Harry A. Mier Center, and Long Beach aquatics programs provide warm water exercise classes for individuals with disabilities to promote joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle tone.

Completed application and release, as well as a yearly updated physician's release form.
