"I used this program for internet provided by Spectrum, and I am beyond disappointed!!! After several times of the lady trying to push a land line on me, I made it quite clear that I do not want a landline and have no use for one. Well, the lady included it anyway, and then I ended up getting a bill for $300 for something that was supposed to be free, because she added a service I made blatantly clear that I didn't want! So, now I have been taken to collections over something that was supposed to be free. Thanks for completely screwing me over, and also ruined my credit. I called to ACP and Spectrum, and nobody wanted to take responsibility, and I was told I would have to pay the balance, before they could do anything for me... Pay a balance on something that was supposed to be free, and a service that I told them several times I didn't want!? This is wrong! You really have no idea how bad you swindled me... Someone needs to make this situation right, because instead of helping, you just made my life worse off!"

"I have called several times to help several people get they're benefits and profiles set-up or fixed, and everytime the girls have did a great job of walking us through and getting things working and approved, I just wish all government agencies would work as hard and as friendly as these girls are, be patient and they'll take care of you...."
