City Manager... San Francisco is an international world class city, and every element... From the most base, mundane city agency to the pens, keyboards, even lightning plates should reflect that. And it's not costly, and what cost there is is immediately recognized and justified by the public and taxpayers. And facilities should be refurbished at least every 10 years, if not sooner"
