"Excellent staff, and counselors; the empathy and compassion is clearly evident. If anything, the location is out at the edge of civilization..., and the facility itself suffers from the same institutional design look as nearly every other government agency from the last 7 decades. City Manager... San Francisco is an international world class city, and every element... From the most base, mundane city agency to the pens, keyboards, even lightning plates should reflect that. And it's not costly, and what cost there is is immediately recognized and justified by the public and taxpayers. And facilities should be refurbished at least every 10 years, if not sooner"
