"Male staff that deals with the motel vouchers was condescending and made me feel like I wasn't doing anything to better myself. Denied me. .came back two months later with job offer letter and rental agreement they still denied me. So how does that work? If this program is meant to help a person on hard times get back up then why would they deny me a single mom of two who just needed to look presentable for work and needed a room to shower and sleep in. My boys and I are in the car still hanging on. Awaiting move in date"
