Nonbinary/Gender noncomforming,
You identify as transgender (FTM, genderqueer, non-binary, genderfluid, gender non-conforming, and every other non-cis identity within the trans umbrella); And you cannot afford to purchase a binder, or you cannot safely obtain a binder.
