Westside Community Services' Assertive Community Treatment Program (ACT) provides case management to clients who traditionally might be served in settings such as psychiatric hospitals or locked facilities. The program includes services such as urgent care, job training, and education on housekeeping, money management, and other skills.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be designated as a high utilization user of services in the past 12 months, and be referred and preauthorized for SPR (single point of response) services by Community Behavioral Health Services.,
