Arriba Juntos' Interrupt, Predict, and Organize (IPO) for a Safer San Francisco is a violence prevention and intervention initiative started by the Mayor’s Office. One of the major objectives is to implement a coordinated service strategy for high at-risk and at-risk individuals in San Francisco’s high crime neighborhoods. This strategy is designed to address early intervention, education, workforce and behavioral health needs.
