JCCA's Early Literacy program is a 6-month intervention program that identifies pre-reading deficits and engages parents through workshops teaching new techniques to improve school readiness. Children also receive in-home tutoring focused on literacy.

For students in kindergarten, first, and second grades (6-8 years old) who are in JCCA foster homes.
