SCO's FirstStepNYC provides early education services and parenting support to pregnant women and families. The center focuses on healthy prenatal outcomes, healthy development, and school readiness. Parents receive services beginning at a child's birth.
Eligibility Requirements
Children must be 6 weeks to 5 years old, income guidelines must be met, priority given to siblings of children enrolled in PS/IS41 or of children enrolled in an SCO program, working and non-working parents may be eligible.,
