The Reentry Program is for incarcerated youth who are seeking to reenter their communities. Youth in Santa Clara and San Mateo can access case management, social activities, social emotional learning skills, and mental health services.

This program serves youth ages 13-21 exiting juvenile hall, foster care placement, or the James Ranch
following a commitment of longer than 60 days. Youth must be on formal probation to qualify for services .,
