AFC's Trans Housing program is an 18-bed housing program that provides stabilizing housing for AFC transfemale and transmasculine clients age 16-20 for up to 18 months. In addition to housing, AFC helps connect clients to the resources needed to become secure, independent adults.

Take the A/C/B/D train to 125th Street. Due to COVID-19, we are currently open 10 am - 6 pm for services Monday to Sunday. You can also schedule an intake by stopping by the Drop-In Center between those hours.
