Information Status
CHN works with resettlement agencies and community organizations to offer primary healthcare to refugees and asylees. Their goal is to give every new American the care they need. They offer a full range of health services, including screenings and behavioral health care for Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. Through the Refugee Health Program, you can get the following services: Vaccines (shots); Full Medical Check-up; Lab Tests. You can also get screenings for Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome; Depression and anxiety. The Refugee Health Program also offers consultations and referrals to: Social Work; Health Education; Nutritionist; Dentist; Foot Care; OB/GYN; Behavioral Health Services.
