The Culinary Arts Program at JobTrain is an introduction to professional cooking. Students learn all of the basic rules of working in a commercial kitchen and prepare for an entry level job. Classes online and in-person at JobTrain’s commercial kitchen.

Eligibility Requirements
Resident of San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa, or Santa Cruz County,
Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write English at an 8th grade level. Also must be able to lift 25 pounds, able to stand for up to 4 hours without a break, spend a “shadow day” as a pretend culinary student, and be drug and alcohol free.,
