Join a closed support group for women with sexual assault experience
Women Organized Against Rape (WOAR)
WOAR offers a 8 to 10 week closed group for women 18 and older who have been sexually abused as children or sexually assaulted as an adult. The women are provided with education on symptoms, sexual abuse/assault, Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), relaxation techniques, self-esteem and healthy sexual relationships.
