City of Downey's Dial-A-Ride service provides curb-to-curb transportation assistance for Downey senior residents ages 65 and older or individuals living with a disability. The service operates within City of Downey boundaries.

Sunday | 7:30 am - 1 pm |
Service is not available on New Year’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Thanksgiving Day, President’s Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Independence Day, Christmas Day, and Labor Day.

Resident of Downey,
Riders must have a physician certified disability which prohibits the use of public transportation or be over the age of 65. The combined weight of your parcels cannot exceed 25 pounds.,
