The Tattoo Removal Program helps individuals age 10 and older with the removal of gang-related tattoos for free. Participants are required to complete volunteer community service hours while attending school or working. 20 hours of volunteer service need to be completed before the first tattoo removal session. However, adults (18+) can just get free tattoo removal separate from this program.
