Eligibility Requirements
Native American, Asian Pacific Islander, Resident of Fountain Valley, Riverside, Resident of Los Angeles, Orange County, Must have Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood or Proof of Tribal Enrollment. Birth Certificate that lists a Native Hawaiian parent for Native Hawaiians State issued identification card or Driver's License Social Security Card. Must be below poverty line
