Resident of Los Angeles, Orange County,
Must have Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood or Proof of Tribal Enrollment. Birth Certificate that lists a Native Hawaiian parent for Native Hawaiians State issued identification card or Driver's License Social Security Card. Must be below poverty line
