UC San Francisco Trauma Recovery Center (TRC)
Information Status
The Neurotrauma Outreach Program offers services in San Francisco to individuals who are recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and may be at greater risk for problems such as unemployment, homelessness, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. NTOP social workers work closely with a team of medical professionals to improve care and follow-up services for TBI patients once they leave the hospital.

Referrals are made through Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG) Neurosurgery Team, in addition to providers at ZSFG and the Community Health Network.
