Eligibility Requirements
People with HIV/AIDS,
Resident of Alameda County,
Must be HIV+. Total household income cannot exceed 80% of Area Median Income. Cannot be receiving housing/utility help from another program. Monthly rent/mortgage payment plus basic utilities cannot be more than 60% of current monthly household income.
