The Winter Shelter is a night-time shelter for at least four months during the winter for those in need in the lower Russian River area. The Shelter, located in the Guerneville Veterans Building, is a “behavioral based” center. The Shelter can accommodate 40 individuals ordinarily, but, when rain or cold become severe, room can be made for 50.
