"Not too sure, went through Step-up in San Bernardino county & at first they were doing great & gave me a glimmer if hope after 13&1/2 years of being in the street. But then they assign my file to someone very unreliable, someone that can't keep her obligations & show up at the location mentioned & at the states time. I was there, but she never showed up &;) then when I call her to find out where she us at, she tells me I have to reschedule. Why ya that, when she us the one that scheduled this meet, but didn't come. I thought this organization us supposed to be helping people like me get housed, it's looking like another run around! If what it says on the web site us true, then they got to do a lot to prove it, so far I'm still homeless!!"
