A foreign national may obtain protection in the US if they have suffered persecution or have fear that they will suffer persecution due to their race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. Esperanza attorneys help clients get asylum through the Direct Representation Program and Affordable Services Program.
