The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a program operated by Experience Works that serves individuals with low incomes who are 55 and over and have limited employment prospects. Eligible individuals are placed in part-time community service assignments in not-for-profit organizations or governmental entities with a goal of transitioning to unsubsidized employment.
