Human Services Association (HSA), a private nonprofit agency offers delivered meals in Artesia, Bell, Bell Gardens, Bellflower, Cerritos, Commerce, Compton, Cudahy, Downey, East Los Angeles (90022, parts of 90023 and 90063), Hawaiian Gardens, Huntington Park, Lakewood, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Lynwood, Maywood, Paramount and South Gate.
