"AMAZING RESOURCE!! Over a year ago I searched online for transportation services available to low income disabled persons other than Access. Access is a next day service but I was in need of same day service, I was getting frustrated because it was getting late and then OneDegree link comes up and then once I signed up OMG I was flooded with information I could not have gotten from 3 different social worker I’ve been working with for sometime in various agencies ie; DMH Mentall health, DPSS eligibility worker, homeless case manager. Oh and 211 la county. I called the office and was told that a waiting list was only available at the time however you guys all contact information was listed on the site and so I emailed an inquiry and 2 months later I received an email message that I was selected to use the same day taxi service the county offered if I qualified. Anyhow I did and so I recommend to anyone that OneDegree Resources link and mobile app is definitely a must have all the time. I would like to say thank you very much for all that you guys throughout the year by sending me updates especially during this pandemic it really was such an amazing heartfelt moment because I don’t have any family close by but I had my app with all I needed to get by this awful time. Ok I said enough bottom line is I really love the service you provide so please don’t go anywhere!!"
