Resident of San Francisco,
Household must have minor child(ren) in their custody: Applicants must have at least 51% custody or a 50/50 court ordered share custody of a child under the age of 18
Documentation Needed to Enroll
Medical documentation showing proof of pregnancy; Court/CPS order verifying that housing is the last barrier to complete reunification.
