Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA) helps veterans upgrade a less than honorable discharge and to change the reason for separation on the Veteran’s DD-214. Priority is given to veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), those incorrectly diagnosed with Personality Disorder while in service, and those discharged because of same-sex activity and discrimination.
