The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) helps eligible Colorado families, seniors, and individuals pay a portion of their cost for winter home heating, equipment repair, and/or replacement of heating tools.

Eligibility Requirements
1) Must pay home heating costs, either directly to a utility company or to a landlord as part of rent; 2) Must earn a maximum household annual income : Family of 1 - $36,972, (2) - $48,360 & (3) $59,736.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
Proof of lawful presence in the US for you and household members born outside of the US.
