The EOP&S/CARE/NextUp programs provide assistance for enrolled students facing economic and educational challenges. The programs can help with getting required educational materials and books plus a graduation cap and gown.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be a California Resident or AB540 eligible student/California Dreamer, enrolled in 12 units at Rio Hondo College, qualify for Promise Grant Waiver or EFC, not have completed 70 degree-applicable units, and meet income limits.
