ICWC provides appointments for initial consultations and self-representation assistance for those completing an application for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Cost or fees$400 for an initial DACA application, $300 for a renewal DACA application, and $465 government filing fee per application. ICWC provides legal services on a sliding scale fee system based on income and family size.
