Please call the toll-free Statewide Intake Phone Line on Monday - Thursday between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM to apply for services.
Visit the link to apply for services online. A staff member will try to call within 5 business days after you submit your intake. Make sure to answer the call, that your voicemail is set up and not full, and that you know how to retrieve your voicemail messages. If you have an emergency, do not use the online application form; call the Statewide Intake Phone Line instead.

"Apparently the people at the legal aid are all high of stupidity! I have been trying to get help fe them and it seem they have no attorneys that work for them or will even help me. How do I get a job at a place where I can refuse everyone who comes in or just never come to the window to help someone.! And still get paid for doing absolutely nothing!!! Legal aide is the biggest scam I have ever seen.!!!! Good job nm law office!!🤣"
