Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) is a Medi-Cal program that helps keep frail seniors safely at home and out of skilled nursing facilities. Services may include adult daycare, assistance with chores, personal care and protective supervision, and more.
Eligibility Requirements
Participant in Medicaid/Medi-Cal,
People with disabilities,
Resident of Contra Costa, Napa, or Solano County,
The program is available at no cost to those who qualify, have Medi-Cal with zero share of cost, and are a serious risk for out-of-home placement.,
