RAICES provides free immigration representation, in some cases, for people who are: Residents of the City of San Antonio; Currently detained by ICE in Pearsall, or in criminal custody at Bexar County Jail or the Central Magistrate; Have a household income under 200% of the federal poverty guidelines; Are not currently represented by another immigration attorney.
