Clients must live within one of our service areas: Altadena, Arcadia, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, Duarte, Irwindale, Monrovia, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, South Pasadena and Temple City., and have an income at or below 150% of the national poverty level.
