The Literacy Council of Frederick County (LCFC) teaches adults reading and other English language skills they need to provide for their families and to contribute to the well-being and prosperity of our community. Their programs include one-on-one and group ESL classes for speaking, reading, and writing. All participants must take a free language assessment before starting classes.
