HPP offers comprehensive support to families involved with or at-risk of involvement with the child welfare system. Support is offered for substance use disorders, housing and other challenges with the goal of promoting stable, long-term family reunification.

Monday - Friday | 9 am - 5 pm |

In person drop-in hours are: Mondays 9:15-11:15am and 1:15-3:15pm. Wednesdays (for pregnant clients only) 9:30-11:00am and 1:30-3:00pm. Fridays 9:15-11:15am and 1:00-2:30pm.
