Documentation Needed to Enroll
Provide two consecutive months of paycheck stubs or source of income, three consecutive months of bank statements from all institutions, and the last three years of tax returns with all schedules, W-2’s and 1099’s for each applicant with all pages.

Cost Details
There may be a credit report fee of $30 per individual or $55 per married couple. Online payments will include a non-refundable transaction fee of $1.50.
