"I attempted to get help here several times to no avail. I had my dog with me and we were left sitting outside for 3 hours until they came out to go home. I have health issues that keep me from getting there early in the morning and I should still be seen and helped if I get there at noon. They often won’t answer phone calls or knocks at their office doors. I was sent by Apla to get a ces assessment and this place was pretty much the only option I was given in spa 2 but now I know there are other places"

"I was abused I was neglected. I did never have a Case Manager for the whole six months I was there. I had to literally do everything on my own I was sent to the hospital I was in pain I had to walk to the hospital knowing that they have vehicles there to take it to the hospital to have an appendix removed. It’s just torture I’ve got ejected for defending myself verbally in the middle of the night with me and my fiancé came as a couple as a family she had to suffer in indoor nice of wondering where am I going to go because I am not from here."
