The Self Sufficiency Case Management Program offers case management to families and individuals. Case managers assess the client's history, situation, and financial resources to determine eligibility and develop a plan and goals with the client. Clients receive referrals and information on job search, housing, family counseling, budgeting, support groups, substance abuse treatment, and life skills workshops.
