The L.A. Found initiative provides free voluntary tracking bracelets for individuals living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and autism. The bracelet may help locate the individual if they go missing by emitting a radio frequency signal every few seconds.

Resident of Los Angeles County,
Available for individuals who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, or other cognitive impairments, including some mental illnesses.
