This Way ONward (TWA) is a an 8-week training program for young people ages 16-24 who want to gain job and leadership skills, whether they are in or out of school. Students participate in regular workshops led by Door coaches and employees from partner companies, where they will learn about possible careers and work on job skills. Once the training has been completed, there is the opportunity to interview for a paid 10-week internship. To join This Way ONward, individuals will need to attend an upcoming virtual information session.
